LeadHunt (leadhunt.space) is a YouTube creator discovery and lead generation tool. It helps users search for YouTube channels by keyword, extract publicly available channel information (such as business email addresses and Instagram handles where a channel has published them), score leads, organize them in a CRM, and send outreach emails. These Terms govern your use of LeadHunt.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a LeadHunt account. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. On the free plan, you connect your own YouTube Data API key and your own Groq API key to search and to generate AI email drafts. You are responsible for complying with Google's YouTube API Terms of Service and Groq's terms of service when using your own keys with LeadHunt, including their usage and quota limits.
You agree not to use LeadHunt to send spam, to harass, deceive, or defraud anyone, or for any unlawful purpose. When you contact leads found through LeadHunt, you are responsible for complying with applicable anti-spam and data protection laws, including India's Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as well as any other laws that apply to you or the people you contact. LeadHunt may suspend or terminate accounts that are used for illegal, abusive, or harassing activity.
LeadHunt offers three plans: Free, Pro, and Agency. Current plan features and limits (such as the number of leads returned per keyword per search, which country filters are available, how many inboxes you can connect, and daily AI draft limits) are shown on our Pricing page and may change from time to time; we will update that page when limits change. Pro and Agency plan access does not require you to supply your own YouTube or Groq API keys, unlike the Free plan.
Agency's "unlimited" connected inboxes are subject to fair use - intended for genuine agency-scale outreach, not for abuse of shared infrastructure. We may contact an account or apply a reasonable limit if usage is clearly disproportionate to normal use.
Outreach emails sent from a Free plan account include a short "Sent with LeadHunt" line and link, as shown in the compose screen before you send. Pro and Agency outreach emails do not include this line.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Razorpay, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize Razorpay to charge your chosen payment method for the plan and billing cycle you select. We do not store your card details - Razorpay handles payment processing. We may add, change, or remove features of LeadHunt at any time, including the limits that apply to each plan. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes that affect paid subscribers.
LeadHunt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadHunt and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including damages related to leads data accuracy, third-party API availability, or outreach email deliverability.
You may stop using LeadHunt and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, including the Acceptable Use section above.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of LeadHunt will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
